Britney, Christina and Charlie Sheen Buy and Sell

Charlie Sheen has reported been in the process of buying a Mulhulland Estate Home in California for $7.495 Million. The newly renovated mansion has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and tons of space for friends?! Also, Britney Spears has just purchased a a 19 million dollar Mansion!! It's 20,000 sq feet in Hidden Hills Los Angeles. Wow, let's hope she has some great housekeepers!

And another pop diva, Christina Aguillera is reportedly selling her home that she purchased in 2007 from the Osbourne's (Ozzy and Sharon that is) for $13.5 Million. 11,500 Sq feet that had been renovated when she purchased.

Celebrity Forclosures

Not only are some Americans feeling the pinch with the financial crisis in recent times, but Hollywood Celebs have been feeling some of the crunch as well. Forbes.com reported that an amazing 2.9 Million residential properties received foreclosure notices last year and it's likely to rise another 20% according to RealtyTrac, a firm that tracks foreclosures. So, who's losing homes? 
Segei Fedorov, the retired hockey star, has reportedly lost two homes in Detroit. Toni Braxton lost her Vegas home and now is possibly losing her Georgia country club residence. Nick Cage was reported to be losing 4 homes and Mel Gibson is in trouble with a construction company that has filed foreclosure liens against three properties. For more info check out Forbes.com.
